Job Purpose
The E-Commerce Officer provides customers with an exceptional experience across online channels, creating and assuring the best website with digital marketing programs in place to drive rapid growth through email marketing, Social Media, & other site related initiatives to achieve growth & sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing all web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to achieve expanding in the market awareness and  assure customer engagement.
  • Responsible for the execution and delivery of the email campaigns from email and audience building to results tracking
  • Monitor and analyse the progress of implemented digital marketing strategies, customer engagement activities and campaign performance to determine areas of development and implement proactive actions accordingly
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and user friendly
  • Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
  • Inspecting and uploading customers' product reviews.
  • Analyzing sales-related data to predict future salesTeaming up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
  • Analyze online transaction on website

Required Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • Institute degree in Marketing, CRM, Economics, or related fields. 
  • 2 and more Relevant experience in Marketing/CRM based Role,
  • Languages: Arabic: Very Good, English: Very Good, Turkish: Very Good
  • Experience in using email marketing software
  • Good understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Desirable
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, CRM, Economics, or related fields. 
  • Experience in FMCG and/or perfume industry. 
  • Experience in E-Marketing
  • Experience in a multi-national company.
