Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business. The QA Officer will be responsible for implementation of inspecting activities, detection of problem areas, and delivering quality inspection outcomes. In addition, they are in charge of planning and performing corrective actions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Outline quality assurance policies and procedures
• Oversee the implementation of SOPs and ensure efficiency of inspection and quality systems
• Monitor all operations that affect quality.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of operations by checking processes and final outcomes.
• Report all findings to ensure immediate corrective actions.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Review current standards and policies.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, inspections (Internal Audits), and relevant documentation.
• Ensure all legal standards are met.
• Oversee risk management procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Economic, Business Administration,  or in a related field 
• 2 and more Relevant experience Quality Assurance/Auditing/Compliance
• Languages: Arabic: Very Good, English: Very Good
• Computer Skills: Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office
• Ability to work online with minimum supervision
