Job Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising the complete operations of the fragrance line to ensure a high level of sales and customer satisfaction through extensive product knowledge and outstanding sales plans and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish area sales targets and ensure the attainment of agreed annual target of revenue 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the fragrance sales in the targeted market and plans for open new markets locally and internationally 
  • Manage the area sales according to the ad hoc segments of the market
  • Analyze and control current or potential markets and competitors in order to implement action plans
  • Leading local and international sales teams
  • Work closely with Perfumers, lab personnel and commercial teams to plan and execute customer projects effectively
  • Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with the customer
  • Negotiating contracts, promo plans and innovations
  • Resolve any issues and problems of clients and act as a link between the customer and the team
  • Manage exhibitions locally and internationally, and travel to visit customers as needed.
  • Ensure sales reporting system is complied with and consolidated for the area to show performance against plan.
  • Develop and implement business driving events to achieve sales department’s goals
  • Communicate regularly with vendors, planners, distributors, and buyers regarding stock needs, customer preferences, and special events
  • Ensure work area is free from hazards and work in a safe manner
  • Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • Bachelor or above degree in Economic, Business Administration,  or in a related field 
  • 5 and more Relevant experience in Sales management, proven abilities and history to manage and expand sales
  • Languages: Arabic: Very Good, English: Very Good, Turkish: Very Good
  • Computer Skills: Excellent skills in using office and presentation programs, ability to use online management tools and Gmail platforms is considered as a plus
  • Desirable
  • Master Degree in Economy, Business Administration or any other similar field. 
  • Experience in FMCG and/or perfume industry. 
  • Experience in a multi-national company.
