Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-oriented Branch Manager to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner. Branches Manager is also responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training and managing staff, and obtaining customers feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep in line with company growth strategy
  • Prepares financial statements and analysis for branches
  • Recruit, hire, supervise, perform, manage, motivate and appraise the branches sales team members to deliver the goals and objectives.
  • Marketing branches within the country to develop business
  • Liaise among and with other branches to share strategies.
  • Safeguard company assets and associates. Provide operational oversight and excellent inventory management procedures.
  • Initiate and build customer relationships with existing and new customers
  • Examine merchandise in the branches to ensure that it is correctly priced ,displayed and that it appears as advertised
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales and customers.
  • Discuss with related managers and employees to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
  • Identify new opportunities and/or locations, conduct cost/benefit analysis, report outcomes to management and advise in the final decision of selecting new locations. 
  • Follow up with all country managers on the day-to-day sales of the company branches in each country of operation. 
  • Formulate pricing policies for merchandise, according to profitability requirements.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive quality service and products.
  • Organizing marketing activities and events for the branches
  • Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
  • Source, train, coach and develop staff
  • Address customer issues and concerns promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • Bachelor or above degree in Economic, Business Administration,  or in a related field 
  • 5 and more Relevant experience in Sales management, proven abilities and history to manage and expand sales
  • Languages: Arabic: Very Good, English: Very Good, Turkish: Very Good
  • Computer Skills: Excellent skills in using office and presentation programs, ability to use online management tools and Gmail platforms is considered as a plus
  • Desirable
  • Master Degree in Economy, Business Administration or any other similar field. 
  • Experience in FMCG and/or perfume industry. 
  • Experience in a multinational company.
