JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources in our company.  The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the different functions of the Human Resources Department in addition to that, he/she will support and cooperate with the HR focal points in other countries of operations on different HR matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy
  • Play the focal point between the management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain compensation and benefits processes
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Developing, revising, and recommending HR handbook, policies and procedures
  • Controlling employees exit process
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Perform other related tasks as required by the management

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, CERTIFICATES AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
  • Very good English skills
  • Proven experience in HR leadership
  • Independent Decision Maker, able to achieve the results with minimum supervision
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases is highly preferred
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Ability to work online (remotely/home based), previous experience is highly preferred
  • For male candidates: finished or exempted from military service
