Position Overview
  • Prepare and review financial records and reports.
  • Maintain a ledger to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks
  • Balance accounts and verify bank statements on behalf of the company.
  • Regulate and authenticate financial transactions.
Responsibility
  • Manage all day to day operations relating to the client account.
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
  • Focus on tax compliance, state business registration, contract review, and non-profit tax filing.
  • Ensure monthly bank reconciliations, cash counts of all issuing banks, including the general cashier, and reporting any discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
  • Plans direct and supervises the work of professional and clerical accounting staff assuring work is performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), departmental guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Follow up company policies and procedures in the finance department, and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit, loss statement, and other necessary reports.
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process, and manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Qualification 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • At least 5 years experience in Account Management.
  • CMA or ACCA will be preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Intermediate level of Turkish language is a plus.
