Position Overview

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing strategic plans, policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by Maa al-Thahab and its competitors, and identify potential customers.
  • Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. 
  • Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products. 

Duties / Responsibilities

    • Manage all marketing activities for the company and within the marketing department. 
    • Develop and lead the execution of the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
    • Plan, prepare and implement Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
    • Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
    • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
    • Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
    • Managed and improve lead generation campaigns, and continuously measure their results..
    • Be fully responsible for the company’s brand management and corporate identity. 
    • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.
    • Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
    • Work closely with the designer and assist with new product launches.
    • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company departments and functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities. 
    • Analyze potential strategic partnership relationships that can achieve the company’s marketing objectives. 

Requirements of the role:

    • A University degree in Marketing ·   
    • At least 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in managerial level. 
    • Experience in perfume companies is a desirable advantage. . 
    • Team Leadership experience is highly desirable.   
    • Qualified chartered marketer.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Confident and dynamic personality.
    • Fluent in English, Arabic, Turkish is a strong asset 
    • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
